Be careful in the summer heat!! Your trays will melt and become distorted in a hot car! Keep them out of direct sunlight or near the stove when you’re cooking. You can wear them to the pool or the beach, but when you take them out to eat, put them in your case and also in a pool bag under your chair in the shade (or in a small cooler if you have brought food with you). Just don’t forget to put them back in after eating. Invisalign is a great and convenient way to straighten your teeth, but they are plastic so it is possible that they can distort just enough that they may not fit. That’s one way to surely dampen your summer!
