There is no charge for your first exam in any of our Kansas City area offices. We will take any necessary x-rays or digital photographs, and perform a thorough examination of your smile all at no charge to you.

Your smile is just the start and is more affordable than you might think. Although fees for braces and Invisalign can vary depending on the complexity and time involved in each individual case, a personalized monthly payment plan can be arranged with no interest or carrying charge. When you have your initial free exam, our Treatment Coordinators are there to discuss and assist you with your options. They will work with you to select the option that fits best for your family’s monthly budget.
If full payment is made at the onset of orthodontic treatment, we will offer a promotional discount on your fee for a limited-time only.
If you prefer not to pay in full, we also offer flexible payment plans that can be customized to fit your budget, including interest-free financing and no down payment options. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards in our Kansas City offices. You may choose to set up autopay from your checking or credit card to make payments for your braces or Invisalign treatment. If you have insurance to cover braces or Invisalign, our office will accept assignment of benefits from your insurance company directly, minimizing your out-of-pocket expenses. Prior to your first appointment, we will be happy to call your insurance company to estimate the coverage you have available for braces or Invisalign treatment. We will assist you with filing your claims, filling out any necessary paperwork, and handling insurance questions on your behalf.
