Over summer, you can eat whatever you want. This means that you can really figure out what foods work best for you while you’re in treatment. Braces can really change a person’s diet, so having the freedom to eat whatever you or your child wants, instead of choosing from a list in the cafeteria, can make this transition way easier on everyone.
