If we can tell you just one thing about Dr. Adam Martin it is this: he got his braces on at age 15 and knew from that moment that he wanted to be an orthodontist!
Dr. Martin has been in orthodontic practice since 2005 and joined Fry Orthodontic Specialists in 2015. He loves being a part of the Fry Team and is excited to meet you and be a part of creating your smile for a lifetime. He is also fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Adam Martin is married to his sweetheart Kara and they have two very active little boys. If you need Dr. Martin on a Saturday morning, just look for him at the park or a kid’s museum where he is taking the boys out on adventures in an attempt to tire them out for nap time. He is fluent in Spanish, an avid downhill skier, loves tennis, golf, and biking.
In academics and clinical dentistry Dr. Martin has excelled. He finished undergraduate work at Brigham Young University in just 3 years and then went to San Antonio, Texas for Dental School in 1999. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with his DDS in 2003, he attended the Baylor College of Dentistry (Dallas, TX) for specialty training in orthodontics. He received an MS in Orthodontics in 2005. For his master’s thesis, Dr. Martin performed a survey on smile attractiveness and delved into the research on the beauty of the smile. He continues to stay up with the latest research on smile attractiveness to this day.
“I have the greatest job in the world and love being in Kansas City. The team at Fry Orthodontics works harder than any other orthodontic practice to create the beautiful smile you want and provides amazing customer care, too. Make yourself at home here and I look forward to seeing you soon.”
