WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE?
Nominations can be made by anyone, you do not have to be a Fry Orthodontics patient. Only one nomination can be submitted per person. Nominees must be a resident of the Kansas City Metro area.
WHEN IS THE CONTEST?
This Mother’s Day contest will begin on May 1, 2023 at 12:00 pm (CST) and go through May 31, 2023 at 12:00 pm (CST). All nominations should be submitted by 12:00 pm on May 31st. Any nominations received after 12:00 pm on May 31st will not be considered.
WHAT CAN YOUR NOMINATED MOM WIN?
Free Invisalign Treatment in one of Fry Orthodontics 13 convenient locations in Kansas City.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR NOMINATION
All nominations must be submitted to marketing@fryorthodontics.com. Please include the following information:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your Email Address or Phone Number (contact information will be used to contact the winner)
- Your Relationship to Nominated Mom
- Nominated Mom’s First and Last Name
- Nominated Mom’s Email Address or Phone Number (contact information will be used to contact the winner for scheduling purposes)
- Nominated Mom’s City and State (Winning Mom must live in the KC Metro area)
- A photo of you and the mom you are nominating
- In 500 words or less, tell us about the mom you are nominating and why she is deserving of free Invisalign treatment.
HOW WILL THE WINNER BE SELECTED?
All nominations and photos will be reviewed by a committee and scored based on the following judging criteria. The person who receives the highest score wins. Only one winner will be awarded.
- Originality- There are so many amazing moms in the world, what makes your mom standout above the rest?
- Authenticity- Put your heart into it! The gift of a smile is life changing. Why is your mom deserving of a beautiful smile?
